You would have received an email with instructions from us. If you didn't, please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder and if you still can't find it, please email us on support@theirstory.com.com.au and we will provide you with instructions. Don't forget to include your order number. 

Online stories will usually take anywhere from 7 - 14 days to be published however we are reliant on you to provide us with the content so the sooner you send it, the sooner it will be available

Simply send an email to support@theirstory.com.com.au with the changes you wish to make and attach any photos you wish to add / replace. 

Their Story has technology in place to limit a search engine from displaying our pages. We do our best efforts to ensure best technological practices is put in place. 

You will notice 3 icons available on your story page including:

1. Whats App
2. Facebook
3. Email

Alternatively, you can simply copy the URL and share with whom you wish. 

Anyone you share the link / url with, will be able to view it.
