Thank you for purchasing our products/services at Their Story. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their order but understand that sometimes products may not be what you expected. We are here to help and guide you through our refund process.
Purchases Made From Our Online Store
We don't offer any refunds however we are happy to replace any items that arrived as damaged goods within a 30 day period. You will need a photo of the item taken alongside your order email.
Digital Products
For our digital products, we at Their Story do typically offer a refund or credit.
Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
